We only give you licence for usage of this Affiliate Member Area to comply with Affiliate Agreement and Terms of Use, and to perform the mentioned Affiliate Agreement and Terms of Use. We give you license to use Creative Material according to our instructions that are aimed at performing Affiliate Agreement. Therefore, the utilization of Creative Material can be performed only within the scope of Affiliate Agreement and Terms of Use. In no situtation are you an owner of any Creative Material that is given to you, so you are obliged to stop using it, if we ask you to do so. You are not allowed to keep Creative Material in any form, on any devices, websites, application or things of other sort that enable storage of information, after we asked you to refrain from using such Creative Material or/and we asked you to delete it. We hold sole and exclusive property rights to Creative Material, so you are not allowed to sell, rent, lease, or perform any action that in effect may result in giving access to Creative Material to third persons, regardless if you gain any profits from it or not.
